Welcome to echomariebryant.com. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, coaching services, and related offerings.

1. Services Offered

We provide life strategy coaching ($97/hr), business consulting, and digital products including Harnessing The Journey and Echoing The Power of Circumstance. All bookings via Calendly.

2. Coaching Sessions

  • Sessions are 60 minutes via Zoom

  • $97 pre-paid via Stripe/PayPal—no refunds after 24 hours

  • Rescheduling requires 48hr notice

  • No-show = forfeited payment

3. Digital Products & Books

  • No refunds on digital downloads or Amazon purchases

  • Personal use only—no resale or distribution

4. Important Disclaimers

  • We do NOT offer legal, medical, psychological, therapeutic, or financial advice

  • Coaching provides guidance and perspective only—not diagnosis, treatment, or professional counseling

  • Consult licensed professionals for legal, mental health, or medical needs

5. Acceptable Use

  • Respectful communication required

  • No harassment, spam, or illegal activity

  • We reserve right to terminate abusive accounts

Pennsylvania, USA. Disputes resolved in Pittsburgh courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update terms—continued use = acceptance.
